No worries: Sometimes, you can have inflammation on the ribcage- and it can give you some tenderness when you press on it. Nipple discharge can happen due to various causes- from benign things like drugs, hormonal changes, pregnancy, inflammation etc-including cancer. Clear nipple discharge is usually due to benign reason. No need to be in tears. Go to see your doc for further exam and discussion. Take care.

Highly Unlikely: The probability of breast cancer at 22 is "one in a million", so i would not worry. Furthermore, it is important to distinguish nipple discharge (a pathologic process) from nipple secretion (normal physiology). Favoring the former is spontaneous drainage of bloody or clear fluid from one duct; even then, it is only due to ca about 10% of the time. Best bet: see your dr. For exam+/-ultrasound.
