Cold: Clean her nose using saline drops and bulb suction. Run a humidifier. Cold medications are not recommended.

?irritants?: The first months are troubled by narrow nasal passages & exposure to dust, fragrances, smoke & other irritants.Baby tries to flush these out of the nose with mucous but this often ends as congestion &cough. It also produces rattling with breathing. The best rx is washing out the nose with saline & suctioning the remainder. Eliminate irritants from babies environment & this will happen less

Waxs young, wanes old: Libido "waxes"(pre-menopausally) with lubrication and desire and "wanes" post-menopausally due to a decline of testosterone which comprises 2% of women's natural hormones. Some women never notice any changes in libido as the adrenal glands are the main sources of their testosterone rather than the declining ovary post-menopausally.
