Reattach torn tendon: Tendons are located at the interface between bone and muscle. Tendon repair is performed by either reattaching an avulsed tendon to bone or by reapproximating the two torn edges of a tendon torn within the substance of the tendon itself.

Suture Repair: Tendons can tear from a number of atraumatic or traumatic causes. In order for a muscle-tendon-bone construct to be effective, the tendon must be intact. Thus, when a tendon tears, i can use sutures to reapproximate the loose ends. If tendons are torn directly from the bone, i can use special instruments and implants to reattach the tendon.
