Covid Testing: The exact testing process may be different in different provinces and between the public and private sectors. In general, you need to first contact your healthcare provider or your local clinic/hospital. They will tell you what the exact process is for you to be tested. ref: https://www.nicd.ac.za/diseases-a-z-index/covid-19/advice-for-the-public/what-to-do-if-i-think-i-have-covid-19/

COVID 19 concerns: Wow - she did both diffractive phase interferometry & PCR polymerase Chain Reaction tests. The PCR is very accurate if nasal swab is used properly. Unless the helper has just freshly arrived from a place where there is a lot of COVID 19 or has had a new COVID 19 contact- I would think that would be ok. If tested 5 to 7 days after lost COVID 19 contact it should be accurage.
