Yes: If you think your water is leaking, you should go to the hospital immediately. If you are wrong and get sent home, that is not a big deal.

Yes: The bag of waters can leak amniotic fluid even early in pregnancy. The fluid is fetal urine so some women think they just wet themselves. It is difficult for a woman to know, but there are tests OB providers do to tell if there was rupture of membranes (rom). Because there can be risks to woman and fetus, medical attention is required whenever liquid comes out her vagina as gush or persistent leak.
