I'm 22 with hypothyroidism and take 2 grains desiccated thyroid (120) but have been told i'm overmedicated, is this too much?

Depends: The effective dose of the medication depends on your body size and your metabolism. The only way to know is to check blood test and see whether or not this dose is too high or too low for you. Your doctor will be able to tell from the blood test.

Also, get your blood test BEFORE you take your pills or it will look like you are getting too much.

Dessicated thyroid is much stronger than levothyroxine so a slight change of 15 mg may fix it

You decide: Common mistake in hypothyroid is to treat people based on TSH numbers. Best go by how you feel. Also check free T3 (liothyronine) and reverse t3 (liothyronine).
