When i get stressed or anxious, i hear popping sound in my ear. is this normal? should i get it checked out?

Eusrachian tube: This could be your eustachian tube popping that is transmitting noise to your ear. It could also be from clenching your teeth and the resulting pressure or trauma to the TMJ could transmit the sound to your ear. Nothing serious.
