Not much: Its good for your spirit. Blood has its own way of replenishing itself. All blood cells have limited life span, after which, the spleen degrades them naturally.

Possible benefit surrounds the opportunity to exchange the body's iron molecules (see "The Iron Elephant," among others, or google "coordination chemistry" for the concept). Just being a hero to three people who you don't know and don't know you should be good!
