I suffer from nasal allergies and wake up feeling stuffy every day. what can i do?

Depends on severity: If the congestion is not too severe, you may want to try a otc saline nasal spray or salin rinse (netipot, neilmed sinus rinse). If they don't help try an otc decongestant like sudafed (provided you don't have hypertension). If you still have symptoms, consult you primary care.
