Fish, meat, beans: There are plenty of proteins in many foods including poultry, fish, meat (e.g. Beef, pork, lamb, mutton) and beans, especially lentils and mung beans. Eggs are but one source of protein but by no means the only high source.

Dairy, seafood, meat: Dairy, seafood, meat, nuts, peanuts are all excellent sources of protein. You can also get adequate protein by mixing beans with rice or corn.

May be a sign : Women may have protein in the urine for many different types of reasons. Some include a urine infection. Some women have underlying medical condition such as high blood pressure, diabetes or lupus that causes this. In pregnancy women can develop pregnancy induced high blood pressure and this often accompanies protein in the urine. So this should definitely be followed by a physician if it develops.

Would it be considered important to remove old lice eggs from hair?

Yes!: Lots of work but totally worth it. After you treat your scalp with medicine, rub conditioner or olive oil into your hair. Use a nit comb or a sturdier flea comb for cats & dogs. Comb through hair every 2-3 days to remove nits and lice. It's important because the treatments don't kill all the lice. So nit-picking helps get rid of them & prevents a whole new crop from bugging you.
