Details needed: Helps to know why you are starch free to give you a better answer. But coconut oil and olive oil is safe and healthy. Organic free range meats, wild caught fish, lots of organic green leafy vegetables.

Fat and protein: Fat and protein are out best fuel sources when eaten to gather. Natural ones are the healthiest for us. The possibilities are endless! today i ate homemade egg lemon chicken soup. Its easy: to hot chicken soup add 1 tbs butter, dissolve and be slowly add one beaten raw egg and mix rapidly to incorporate. 1/2 a fresh squeezed lemon finishes the feast. Enjoy!
