Varies w interferon: When treating hepatitis C in adults, the dosing of Ribavirin depends on a few factors: which of the hepatitis C viruses (i.e. Which genotype) is being treated, whether or not the person treated also has hiv, and whether or not the patient weighs less than 75kg (165 lb). The dose can range from 400mg twice daily to 600mg twice daily.
