lower back pain with bowl movement when i go to have a bowlmovement i get painful lower back pain. it does not hurt to do anything eles, sit stand bend toot or lying down. only when i strain with a bowl movement. is this something to worry about?

It : It is unusual to have back pain only during bowel movements. I would discuss this with your primary care doctor. Good luck!
