2 year old girl just diagnosed with impetigo now has "thousands" of red bumps all over. what is this? she spent time outside

Was : Was she given antibiotics? If so this may be an allergic reaction. By the date of this post about a week has passed. Hopefully she has seen her doctor again. If it was a drug allergy please avoid the antibiotic in the future and alert all important parties in the child's life. Take care.
