lower back, right hip and side pain from within my body..numbness on my buttock and upper thigh.. i have taken ibuprofen to relieve the pain everyday. when i don't take the ibuprofen, i wake up daily with this pain.. have had this pain for about 3 wks.

Your : Your pain may be arising from a pinched nerve, facet joint in your back, hip, etc. I would recommend seeing your primary care doctor. Usual treatment would include, rest, anti-inflammatories (which your on), physical therapy, steroid injections and sometimes surgery. Good luck!
