What : What caused the stains? Coffee? Tea? Cigarettes? Aging? Otc whitening strips have worked for many people and are an option for some conditions. The whitening gel from the drugstore will not be as strong or work as effectively as a professionally dispensed gel in a custom fitted whitening tray. Regarding to how long it lasts, that depends on your diet and smoking habit. Teeth will naturally discolor over time, and faster if you drink coffee, tea, red wine, or smoke. This should not stop you from whitening your teeth.. Just have realistic expectations if you do so.

The : The best way to contain staining is by going to the dentist frequently for a professional cleaning.

Korr Whitening: The best technique and material you can use to remove stain and discoloration from your teeth is korr teeth whitening. Find a dentist in your area who do that.

Bleaching: First make sure you have them professionally cleaned to remove any stains. Then the best way to get whiter teeth is to have them professionally bleached. Have a set of custom bleaching trays made when you are at your dentist office and that way you can do touch up bleaching at home.
