how do i get rid of a stomach ache i have had this for about 4 days and in those four days i have thrown up 5 times i have somewhere important to be tomarrow and i cannot miss it

Hello. : Hello. No guarantees. Try nibbling on crystalized ginger. Or drink slightly flattened ginger ale. Or you can make fresh ginger tea - steep freshly sliced organic ginger slices in boiling water for at least 5 minutes and sip. Hope your GI tract feels better soon.
