i have my period, but i have cramping and low back pain across my back when i sit down i am very uncomfatable

Have : Have you tried nsaids such as Motrin during your period. Keeping ahead of the cramping rather than catching up to it after it has started is the key. It would be best to see a physician to help evaluate and manage this type of pain. My office is located in boca raton if you wished to discuss this further. Dr. Alexandra schmidt.
