pain in abdomen exactly in middle of my left side. the pain is precisely where my left arm or elbow would touch. it is excruciating, especially at night. i have been having severe muscle spasms all over, but mostly in my stomach, back, under front rib cag

Certainly : Certainly muscle pain can cause abdominal pain. This can result in severe spasms. Gallbladder sludge can cause abdominal pain. Other bowel issues, such as inflammation, infection, or even constipation can be a cause. If your pain is persistent, or you have fever, vomiting, or inability to eat, then you will have to notify your pcp (or the covering partner) again.
