Might i have rsd? a friend suggested this, as my symptoms fit almost to a 't', i'm not sure about it but, i'm worried as the research i've done suggests that it could get very bad if not treated.

This : This question is impossible to answer since you have not described your symptoms. Unless your friend is a neurologist, i would not jump to a conclusion that you have a very uncommon disorder. You need to see a doctor who will take a history and do a physical examination as well as ordering appropriate tests to rule out everything else first. Diagnosis by google is not a good idea.
