how common is infection after perlane (dermal fillers) injections? a friend had a horrible infection after a perlane (dermal fillers) injection. how likely is it that the same thing could happen to me?

Was : Was it done by a doctor in office? These procedures should be done by trained medical professionals only. Any time you puncture your skin you are subject to infection. It is rare to get one from dermal filler injections though. Make sure the doctor cleans your injection areas with alcohol first.

Infection : Infection after Perlane (dermal fillers) injections is very rare. I have never seen this complication.
