The : The pulse typically does go up during pregnancy, the the blood pressure usually goes down. I am glad that you had an extensive evaluation including an echocardiogram. However obtaining a second opinion is always a good idea and may put your mind at rest as well. Be sure you are staying well hydrated. Be sure that your thyroid testing was normal. Eating 4-5 small high protein meals a day is advisable during pregnancy.
