i fell like my lugs are moving when i move is possible i have had a blood clot in lungs for no reason and i also have copd and no insurance to stay on blood thiners and breathing stuf not sure what to do

That : That is extremely concerning. Please go to an er and be seen immediately with your history of blood clots and COPD and not being on any medication. Hopefully you have looked into getting on oregon health plan. There is also prescription assistance in the state of oregon, just google "oregon prescription assistance". You must be on your prescribed blood thinners or you could have devastating consequences.
