The : The earliest a baby can be born with a good chance of survival is 24 weeks. If a woman lost her pregnancy at 12 weeks it would be considered a miscarriage with absolutely no chance of survival. Your wife should be followed closely by her doctor and should seek care with a mental help professional to help control her stress. All the best.

Fake question, right?: If your wife had delivered at 12 wks you would already know the outcome. They all die within hours if they have a heartbeat at this gestation. If she delivered in a hospital capable of high level neonatal care, she would need to make it to 22-23 weeks for any possibility of survival and even then, less than 10% make it.
