i've been having chest pains off and on. havent had shortness of breath.but chest pains can also feel like its in my back. i feel it has a lot to do with the way i eat. so im trying to change my diet and i haven't been exercising.bmi states very high risk

You : You need to go to the er immediately with chest pain and shortness of breath. Any chest pain is very concerning and needs a thorough and immediate evaluation. It sounds like you have risk factors. Please be seen immediately in the er.
