Why am i hungry after i eat i eat a good 3 meal day because im still in school. when i eat a few minutes later i get hungry, i eat a satisfying meal where im not hungry once my food is gone. i drink a couple of bottle of water a day. so why do i get hungr

That : That is a very common complaint. Many patients are very frustrated by that same symptom. For some people, it takes longer for the message to reach the brain from the stomach that you have been fed, and that you don't need to eat anymore. This is done through a reflex that goes from the stomach to the brain through the nervous system and blood system. After you have eaten a normal amount (the size of your fist), try to find another activity to perform for 30 minutes. By that time your brain should have the message that you are in a fed state and you should not feel hungry.

Food choices probabl: Likely eating too many carbohydrate(CHO)s -if CHO alone, blood sugar goes up , insulin pulls glcose into cells and you are again starving, having a meal balanced with PRotein and fat as well as CHO-will slow that process down .
