my menstral cycle is really irregular and i need to know what's going on. i had a short period for february but then it came back around the 14th but it was just spotting. it is still here just spotting mostly until i move (i think) or maybe it really is

If : If there is any chance you could be pregnant, please take a pregnancy test to be sure. If it is negative, you may need to see your doctor to evaluate your abnormal vaginal bleeding. Irregular bleeding can be caused by pregnancy, infection, or fluctuations in hormone levels. Stress or weight changes (high or low) can cause our hormones to fluctuate. If you develop pain, heavy bleeding, light-headedness, or vomiting, then you must be seen in the er immediately.
