how long before breast milk spoils in the refrigerator?

About 7 days: It is generally recommended to keep the milk at a constant cool temperature at the back of your refigerator.

8 days: If you are storing freshly pumped breast milk in the back of the refrigerator, it can stay up to 8 days. I generally prefer to recommend to use it within 3 days if possible. If the milk has been defrosted from the freezer, it should be used within 24 hours.
