The : The best idea if he wants to seek a second opinion in the seattle area, is to call a hospital you think highly of in your area (university, swedish, etc) and ask for the doctor's referral line, then ask for a recommendation for a neurologist or an infectious disease specialist. It is always a good idea for a second opinion so i think it is a good idea to pursuse this.
