i have stuffy nose with yellow and brown mucus also have sore throat with chunky mucus i don't smoke or drink live vary active life style, this has dragging on four days is there something i can take that i, m not takeing?

You : You are likely dealing with a viral illness or even possibly a bacterial sinus or throat infection. If your symptoms have not improved by now then an evaluation by your doctor is in order. In the meantime for your nasal congestion you can try over the counter sudafed and nasal saline drops. Good luck.

URI?: This could be an upper respiratory infection / sinus infection. You should be seen to get a proper diagnosis.
