Yes : Yes you can get pregnant on the Depo-Provera shot. The only sure fire way to prevent pregnancy is complete abstinence from sex or having a hysterectomy. Go to the store and buy a pregnancy test and follow the directions on the package.

PG test: Yes it is possible to get pregnant at the conclusion of the Depo Provera's effectiveness usually 90 or more days. If another means of contraception or a new shot is not given at that expiration, pregnancy can ensue. Run a pregnancy test to find out.
