why do men read fine print better than women? i read that men are able to read fine print better than women, why is that true?

Not true.: No major differences in near sightedness or far sightedness! a have mild glasses for driving, but i can see quite well up close. Since more people who age become far sighted and need reading glasses, they are amazed that i can read very fine print on my iphone!

Depends on age: Younger men are more likely to suffer a stroke than similarly aged women. However this trend starts to reverse in older patients and women age 75 or greater are more likely to suffer a stroke than men are.

Should men and women train differently to become lean?

Dr. Joseph De Santi

A Lean Team: It depends on the objectives of your training. If you're referring to toning, then yes, men and women can train similarly. In fact, both can train exactly the same with attention to form over weight or resistance used. Women and men can use light to moderate weight and high repetitions for a lean and well defined muscular look. Doing it together as a team is also much more fun and motivating.
