Unfortunately, : Unfortunately, there are no otc medications available to treat anterior uveitis. There are, however, prescription generic formulations that are available and relatively inexpensive.

There is none. : Untreated anterior uveitis will result in potentially blinding cataracts (clouding of the lens through which light must past and be focused) and glaucoma (high pressure in the eye). You need to be under a doctors care with prescription medication.
