It's : It's not clear if the numbness in you foot is related to the prior diagnosis of lupus. Have you discussed these new symptoms with your rheumatologist? Numbness usually means some type of nerve problem. Evaluation by a neurologist may also be helpful.

Evaluation: The symptoms do not appear to be associated with lupus. I would suggest an evaluation by a podiatrist. This may be due to a nerve compression.
