Have : Have you eaten any pine nuts or pesto? Pine nuts can cause a persistent bitter tast that can linger for days.

Bad oral hygiene? : Start by looking over your teeth & gums really well with a flashlight in the mirror. If you have gingivitis / significant decay / infection or abscess, can be from that. Next is sinus issue / post nasal drip. Answer depends on findings, but could try antihistamine for sinus or medicine-y tasting mouthwash (or salt water) gargles. If not better, needs examined.
