A 32-year-old female asked:
difference between level 2 and 3 nicu? should i deliver my baby at a level 3 if i have complete placenta previa?

Probably not: Many level 2 nicu function as a level 3 w/o the designation. Where you deliver depends on how far along you are when you deliver. Also very important is the experience of the hospital where you deliver in handling a complete previa. Talk to you doctor.

Does a lower back ache mean I am in labor?

No: It could especially if it is crampy and comes and goes every few minutes. However, it could be due to additional strain in your low back muscles due to your expanding belly and less postural support from your stomach (rectus) muscles. It could also be pain in your pelvis (si joints) from the hip bones "moving" to create more room for your baby to come out. If uncertain see your healthcare provider.

Does my baby need antibiotics if he has an ear infection?

Not necessarily: Ear infections that aren't causing pain may clear without antibiotics (or the risks that antibiotics carry for allergic reactions, germ resistance building, diarrhea, etc.) See your pediatrician to determine whether an antibiotic is needed or if careful watching may be just as good - or better!

Get moving!: Didn't get the whole question. You are at a great age to stop future problems. Being over weight and having a family history of diabetes definitely puts you at risk. Start getting into an exercise program and cut back on fried and fatty food. That should help get things back to normal.
