i have a tingling feeling on my brain and feel light headed this occurs every day is this an epileptic aura ?

Unlikely but...: The fact you have daily events and no convulsion makes it very unlikely these feelings are epileptic. An aura is actually a little seizure that does not generalize. You need a good general evaluation. Your doctor may want to order an eeg. This can be done under the setting when you expect one of your spells. A normal eeg during event rules out seizure.
