i woke up dizzy and nauseous. i then threw up but the food was dark and from 18 hours ago. i do have a hernia and want to see if this is serious cause?

See pc if sx persist: There is not enough information to make a diagnosis. I would keep a check on temperature, watch for diarrhea and more vomiting. I would suggest you see your pc.
