How do i treat small random itchy blisters on my skin. mostly on my hands, some on my arms and less on my legs & feet. worsens when i am in the sun

Try 1% hydrocortison: It's tough to say what might be causing these. Bug bites would be the most common, but some people can actually be allergic to the sun (polymorphous light eruption, lupus, or porphyria). Try over the counter 1% Hydrocortisone cream for the itching, and use a mineral based sunscreen with zinc and titanium as the only active ingredients. If that doesn't help, definitely see your dermatologist.
