Headache.: This is a headache although to describe it better I would need to know more about the nature of the headache / location / associations, etc. It would be reasonable to try a non steroidal agent such as Ibuprofen or naproxen.

Usually nothing: This is common and is usually due to pinched nerve. If the neck remains stiff, then muscle strain. Each of these is common and does not portend serious disease or structural problems.

Temple pain: If you poked yourself, you may have explanation for the pain. If you are squinting, then maybe you are doing this in attempt to relieve the pain? However, if you are having vision problems, see an MD.
