Stomach gas: Simethicone (gas-x & other brands) may be of help in relieving stomach gas. 4 y/o may take 40 mg up to 4 times a day after each meal & at bedtime (also comes as 40 mg strips to be dissolved on tongue). Activated charcoal capsules may be an alternate treatment, but see pediatrician first to determine cause of gas & get his/her recommendations for treatment.
