Wart possible: If it looks like a wart, make sure to use barrier protection and seek evaluation. Control of evident disease is important to decrease transmission. Barrier protection still is not 100% effective. It is impossible to say whether this lesion was contracted from your current partner or your prior contacts. Warts can become evident many months after viral exposure.
