Probably not: This sounds like a nerve problem, which can happen for many reasons, including tumors, but it's certainly worth looking into.

Not normally BUT: Never rule out cancer until you have seen a qualified health care professional to have a differential diagnosis made. Go with a written duration, time of day, diet, medication, family history, tobacco history.
