Evaluate sleep: Are you getting adequate, good quality sleep? If you snore, toss and turn, awaken frequently, feel groggy in the morning or afternoon or have other unusual symptoms for a young person, you may be suffering from some form of sleep apnea. Ask your physician if a sleep study may be in order. If you are found to have mild or moderate sleep apnea, consult with a dentist trained in osa.

Tired: Well it depends. Do you get enough sleep at night? You might want to change your lifestyle. Exercise can boost your energy. Do you think you have breathing problems (sleep apnea) at night?
