what can i do to exercise my right foot if i've just recovered from a bruise?

Dr. Randy Lisch

Read below: If the bruise and pain have completely dissipated, than with a proper supportive shoe, you should be able to return to exercise right away. If pain is present, than i would limit myself to a bike or elliptical machine. If still concerned, see your podiatrist. Good luck.
