Follow post-op: Instructions, avoid smoking if you are a smoker. Avoid stepping on the surgical site. You can consider vitamin c and zinc supplementation. But, i would only do that with your doctors recommendation.

Wart: There are wound kits available that I use in my office form a company called amerx. These kits have shortened the healing time for nail surgery to 2-3 weeks max. Speak to your treating physician about it. Also follow dr beresh and kass' recommendations.

Yes: There are many techniques other than surgery to treat plantar warts such as applying salicylic acid , cryotherapy or cautery.
