is this dengue? lymps and wbc are normal. platelets count is going down. also 5 days ongoing fever.

Too vague: There are many causes for fever and low platelet count. If you have not been to an endemic area, this is not dengue. You need to see an infectious diseases specialist if your doctor is unable to figure it out.
