Do not waste your $: Do not waste your time with "weight loss supplements". If you want to achieve weight loss, reduce your carbs to a bare minimum, drink only water, eat lots of low starch veggies and increase your activity levels.

NO: One doctor said he could not say without knowing your history. Your medical history has nothing to do with the question. Coffee bean extract is just yet another scheme to rob you of your money. I understand that people will go to great lengths to lose weight, but do not let a non-fda supervised product steal from you. It is snake oil. Eat well and exercise. Best of luck and health.

Perhaps: Some research shows that taking green coffee extract 80-200 mg daily might cause modest weight loss over a period of 12 weeks. However, the research so far is preliminary and inconclusive. Green coffee appears to be safe based on the limited research. Remember that green coffee contains caffeine, similar to regular coffee. Therefore, green coffee can cause caffeine-related side effects.
