I am on klonopin (clonazepam) for severe anxiety and ptsd, but it seems my ocd is just getting worse and i'm sleepwalking again, what else can i do?

Talk 2 doc.: Hopefully with the combination of symptoms you describe a psychiatrist is managing your medications. Obsessive-compulsive disorder generally requires a serotonergic medication such as a serotonin specific reuptake inhibitor or anafranil (clomipramine). You should tell your doctor about your symptoms so that they can be better addressed.

Try SSRI medications: Klonopine is a good enough medication for anxiety disorders and ptsd, but research supports trial of ssri medications like zoloft (sertraline) and Prozac are more effective and will treat your OCD too.
