Facial myokymia: No fully convinced of the above diagnosis, but based on your description, you could have a problem in the brainstem pontine area. A good idea to see a neurologist, and if appropriate, get an MRI to see what is occurring. Alternatively, consider jaw or dental issues, but not clear if this is the case.
